Pet Friendly / Small Breed – Policies

Dear guest, in Hacienda San Antonio Millet we’ll be delighted to welcome you with your furry friend. Please read our pet policies to make sure you have a pleasant stay.

• The additional charge per pet is $300.00 MXN, per night, up to 2 pets in a room. Pets are only allowed in a Suite or Master Suite.
• Weight limit: 22 pounds (10 kg).

1. We ask you to pick up your pets waste and put it in bag inside the dumpsters.
2. It is only allowed to leave the pets alone in a room while they’re in their kennels and you must inform the Hacienda’s staff about this so we can be aware of it in case it needs anything.
3. You must remove your pets from the room at the moment of doing the housekeeping.
4. Pets are not allowed on the bed. It is also forbidden to clean or bath them in the room or the shower or using the towels available in the hacienda for this purpose.
5. You agree to respect and compensate Hacienda San Antonio Millet for any damage in the facilities, extra costs for cleaning or complaints from third parties.
6. The pet friendly rooms are only in the Casa del Encargado and the Pabellon.
7. The Hacienda takes no responsibility for your pet.
