Guarantee policy:
The full stay must be paid in advance.

No show policy:
In case of no show, the full stay will be charged. There will be flexibility for changes.

Extra person policy:
A 75.00 USD charge applies per extra person that requires additional furniture. If the guest does not require extra furniture, only the additional breakfast will be charged.

Children policy:
Minors aged 11 and younger are considered children. 12 years old and older pay full rate; 2 children under 11 can share the room with 2 adults.

Pet policy:
We welcome pets while their owners take full responsibility for them,

Overbooking policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from INTERNET POWER, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.

The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.

The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.
